The University of Sabah (UMS) is an area that is a tourist attraction both domestically and abroad due to its uniqueness. UMS is well known for environmental sustainability. As we know by judgment UI GreenMetric World University this year UMS ranked 58th in the world compared to 2018 UMS ranked 71. Based on this assessment, we can see that environmental conservation efforts and Eco campus practices implemented in UMS are so effective that UMS is now world-famous and is a major focus of foreign tourists such as Korea, Japan, China and many other foreign tourists.
Given the drastic increase that UMS has experienced in ecotourism it cannot be denied that UMS has managed to attract the attention of many tourists. However, there are a few things that Eco campus UMS has to deal with for travelers traveling around UMS in eye-catching outfits. We are confident that the Eco campus UMS is aware of this but why there is no action taken by the Eco campus UMS to address this issue rather than continue.
Besides, arrival foreign tourists dressed as eye candy were not favored by UMS residents and outsiders who came to the mosque to perform Friday prayers because it was against the practice of Islam. This was a turning point when tourists came to take pictures around the mosque in disgusting clothing. This does not only bring down the dignity of UMS but it also degrades the religion of Islam. Therefore, UMS should do something to address this problem rather than continue.
Subsequently, the outreach of UMS foreign tourists is also changing the public's view of UMS. Foreigners who are not aware of the identity of the individual whether they are tourists or UMS students will continue to respond to the ethics of UMS advocacy. As such, if this goes on and there is no very convincing explanation then UMS's reputation will be jeopardized only by outward-looking travelers. Therefore, the Eco campus UMS should think of the best way to resolve this problem so as not to affect the presence of external travelers in UMS and the public's view of UMS is always positive.
Finally, UMS tourism associations with a culture of eye-catching usage will influence the culture of UMS education. Tourist attraction will influence the way students use UMS because as we know students are the most vulnerable community in the style of eating. In this regard, local Chinese students who see the style of consumption of Chinese tourists are very much influenced by the culture of consumption because they are concerned with the culture of consumption under Chinese tourist as well as their culture. Therefore, the UMS should always ensure that every visitor entering the UMS area should be well-fed.
In conclusion, the arrival of tourists in the UMS with a highly engaging eating culture will influence the culture of UMS students' use and is something that UMS residents do not like, especially when these tourists take pictures in the UMS Mosque area. Therefore, to learn more about the effects and ways of resolving this problem, we conducted a survey study based on established objectives.
